The VEX via is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 0.6 MB to download. The new VEX via app version 1.2 has been updated on 2014-11-18. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. You should fix your crappy app I go to the tournament and can see a thousand other event but not the one I m at Often halfway through it might have updated ad then you can follow the results and it s ok     You should fix your crappy app SOB needs a unique nickname

I was hoping this app would help me follow my son s competition but the app never worked during the event It would show the event and the team names but the scheduling results notifications never worked The app was too busy trying to refresh the entire time yet never updated any info Hopefully this will be fixed before my son s beat competition     Never worked properly Palooka5

In theory Vex Via is great You can monitor your stats at a competition very easily However it is horrible The competitions are listed in no particular order the interface is horrible there is no search and you find yourself constantly going to the menu which should be called options You have to refresh 50 times in order to get the latest data and you get to find your competition by sorting through a laundry list of other ones Unfortunately there is no real replacement I highly recommend that DWAB works on Via before next year s competition     Good Idea Horrible Execution alexbeaverpv

Just tried this out yesterday and while the app was functional and provided me with the information of the competition I was looking for there were several features I found myself looking for that would have made my experience even better 1 The ability to search for competitions by city or even state versus having to scroll through a long list and keep my eyes peeled so that I didn t miss the competition I wanted 2 Setting up a background update for the app every 5 minutes maybe versus having to tell the app to manually update every time you open it It s a little nuisance but I get the feeling it would make the app better 3 This one would be a little harder to implement but I think would greatly simplify the experience of using the app If there was a place to sign in with a login ID and automatically populated a list of competitions that the team was signed up for this would remove the need altogether to have to search for a particular competition each time the app is opened as the list would already be populated         Some features missing CollegeGuy92

I use this app every time we go to competition for my vex team Push notification thing for me has been a bit buggy and the whole science division at worlds this year was a fiasco but for the most part this app is worth downloading and using                 Very useful Pj mara

I love vex via It has been super helpful to our team before and during competitions Overall it is a GREAT app Yes I see what some of the negative reviews are saying but since you won t be using the app every day there are a few bugs that occur OCCASIONALLY but don t really stop you from doing what is most important There are two things I would recommend to improve this app 1 A team search The way the app is set up now it is hard to find a specific team and there matches as fast as you may want It would be easier to have a search bar where all you need to do is type in the team number and the team and their matches scores etc will show up 2 I wish vex via wold advertise a bit better Like at a lot of competitions I have talked to people about vex via and they ve never heard of it Other than that I LOVE this app It is amazing and does everything it says it does You should defiantly get this app                     Great 😀😎😎anonymous😎😎😀

I remember when Vex Via worked When it always had match and team data and the correct data to boot And when it actually produced notifications instead of just claiming it did I and everyone else await fixes     Vex via once worked gepece

App worked great for two tournaments and now we are at State Vex competition and 90 of us in our teams of about 30 people cannot get it to update with this event data or any other event for that matter This is rather irritating and it needs to be fixed immediately or it is completely useless     Not happy vex team Murraycm02

I Absolutely love this app and find it to be extremely helpful especially in keeping track of scores possible alliance partner scores and times of competitions My only complaint isn t with the app itself but how rarely it is used at competitions A few things to help make it better would be 1 Add a search function so we can quickly search for our competition 2 Try advertising this app more I have spoken to many teams that have never even heard of this app 3 Allow us to click on a team and view their past competitions this would help a ton when it comes down to alliance choices                     Awesome but needs more use catfishrule
