Ive used this service about five times now and Im so glad I discovered it Ive had IKEA furniture picked up and assembled a computer adapter delivered shirts ironed and gotten a helper for my daughters birthday party The app is easy to use and the tankers are great Lifesaver

I feel this app would be amazing however it does require you to be at least 21 years of age which I dont agree with I myself am 19 years old and know how hard of a worker I am and could really use the extra money I was excited when I first found this app but then was let down when I found out you must be 21 That is so unfortunate Young Adult

They take 30 of what the poor taskers earn the taskers then pay their taxes out of that leaving them making less than minimum wage on every task For basically being a minimally safer craigslist for finding help 30 is outrageous Shame on you people Reprehensible company

Said rate 40 and up for general handy man but then the only option is 80 Went with thumbtack got more transparency on the price and a quicker response time Need to sort out pricing structure

Only used the app once thus far but it was a HUGE help with my move So far so good

TaskRabbit repeatedly abuses the push notifications feature to send advertising spam There is no way to opt out of this other than to completely disable notifications which are essential for the normal use of the service or uninstall the app which Ive now done Stop abusing push notifications for marketing purposes Abuses push notifications to send adsspam

This app has been so helpful Finding a contractor or handyman is typically an annoying process but task rabbit allows this to be a stress free process Just type a description of your job and select a handyman near you for your price range Would definitely use this again Very cool
