I actually like the app I find pretty awesome prices for my trips However I have noticed that my flight times have changed Not sure why but I m so glad I check like a week before to make sure the time for departure is still the same as I bought it but only the going home flight was different So yea System needs to update or atleast send me a notification or update telling me that the flights had changed                     Pretty good Hainecross

I ve used this app a couple of times and yes have gotten the best price at the time for a couple of flights BUT I feel like they rarely update the app or flights For the last three days I have tried booking a flight on their app and everyday multiple times have gotten an error message I didn t know what was going on so I called once and they told me the flight was available but I had to book through the app and not on the phone with them Ok whatever So then I kept trying and getting the same error message I got fed up and tried the same search again the next day the same flights came up and the one I wanted was still listed on the app Tried booking it again error message I called again and I was told that the flight hasn t been available for awhile now So why is it still coming up in the search if it not available THREE days later Why are they offering flights that you don t have availability for It just doesn t make sense         So so Megantown

Using FlyEx for the first time I wanted to compare airfares and see if their Beat Zone truly does as it says Found a price elsewhere Send us a screen shot and we ll beat it Travelers FlyEx did NOT honor this publicized policy when I inquired for an upcoming trip I took screen shots from both Kayak and the Airline s own website and FlyEx could not and would not Beat the airfares I presented Aside the FlyEx Developer commented on an April 13th Review that when you upload a screen shot of the fare that you have found that is lower and we will beat it That simple and guaranteed There are other people who have similar complaints in the Reviews of FlyEx so I am not alone regarding this issue Folks do not believe FlyEx when it comes to upholding their Beat Zone Policy I m a savvy traveler and have experienced first hand FlyEx s Beat Zone to be misleading untrustworthy and noncompliant There are Travel Apps aside from FlyEx that are superior in many facets of airfare searches among others features or just buy direct from the airline itself After all FlyEx KNOWS they cannot beat airfare published on an Airline s website     Beat Zone Savvy Airfare Shopper

I ve been using FlyEx for some time now I am an Aviator and have recommended to friends and family to give them a try and have encouraged my friends to find better prices I was very skeptical at first and each time I looked for a flight for a traveler I scoured the internet for a better price trying to beat the FlyEx prices I have yet to find a better price on any of them I ve never been in this for the money I just wanted to have and give access to good prices for me and my family For the exclusive prices I would rate the app 5 stars for sure Where the app company lacks is in its support department Deplorable at best 0 stars However as an Aviator I have found ways to work around support I will not refer the traveler to support unless I absolutely must I ll deal with support directly because I know their ridiculously slow to respond So out of the dozen flights I have helped book all but 1 went without a hitch The hitch was the traveler did not receive the confirmation emails However I was able to and I manually sent them and everything is fine It really is a great app with great potential It s working at a basic level but there are still some annoying but not detrimental bugs that could be worked out Aviators are the true heart of the company and contribute most to its success through good customer service Use your aviator for all of your issues you may come across Let them deal with support FlyEx Please please do something better with support or give the Aviators the humans that care about the traveler a better ability to help their Travers If you d like me to be your Aviator Use code FB82D41 when you sign up             Great prices Aviators are the heart Some bugs I4Nick

I found a cheap flight and tried to book it the app gave me problems so I contacted the aviator who put me in touch with tech support After not being able to resolve my issue he offered to book it for me At that point 20 minutes later the price of the flights had jumped over 200 No thanks     Buyer beware lrn1959
