And THEN I receive a delivery error message and have to start all over again It isn t the server others here have opened their hometown newspapers read them and headed out to the beach Mine is still downloading 45 minutes to download ~~{me}~~
This app will work for awhile then it will not download There are no IT people around at the paper on the weekend Now I must delete the app and reload Then I may get the day s paper or not I should be able to read the paper in the morning not delete reload the app multiple times to FINALLy get the paper Ready to give up Often does not work Svslp
As a hard copy subscriber I wish this app had a word search function so I could go back and find articles I missed or want to reread again Search Chattannooga
I have to deauthorize my account every day just to get the latest paper Then log in That s a hassle Still not as bad as the Birmingham News app Just passable ggilbert
Images are terrible if you try to increase their size I get 3 papers every morning for iPad this is by at the worst Can t email stories either Poor effort Might be nice if it worked DLVolunteer

Once my userid and password were set up by TFP s tech support I have had no problem at all In fact it s a very well put together implementation One can read each full page one by one or zoom in on individual articles When I subscribed no one at the TFP knew much about setting a user up but hopefully that s been corrected TFP works very well for me TNDoug

This app is just like the customer service at TFPunresponsive The app specifically says that if you are a print subscriber then you can login using the same user name and password as you do for the Internet version of the paper FOR FREE Not soit does not work No one will answer my emails at TFP about this problem Despite the app saying you can login to view the paper for free their website shows that you have to pay for access on the iPad The TFP also just went up on their cost for print subscribers Seems you are becoming more concerned about revenue rather than your customers especially when you do not even respond to email requests for help Good thing their are billions of other free sources for news Poor Customer Service
